Confluence Park & Open Space
The Gazebo in Confluence Park, Two Rivers.
The bike/pedestrian bridge across the S. Arkansas River that connects The Southside with The Commons.
The residential & commercial neighborhoods of Two Rivers sit along 6+ acres of open space adjacent to the South Arkansas River that includes a park, gazebo, river park and a 3/4 mile long trail system that ties the neighborhoods together with natural features.
We believe it is important to spend time in nature. Our residents have beautiful spaces to relax and play within the 6+ acres of open space and river access. Enjoy the natural environment by walking the scenic paths, fishing in the rivers, lunching in the shade of a tree or the gazebo, or
sitting on a sandy perch along the river.
The Two Rivers property along the Arkansas River will also undergo a beautiful transformation. An eddy with rock outcropping and resulting beach area will be created along the river encouraging wading, playing and relaxing. We are currently in the permitting process to construct a picnic area, beach and boater-eddy. This project will be led by Recreational Engineering and Planning, the individuals who transformed downtown Salida river banks.
